SHIPPING POLICY

Noor Khan International Sdn. Bhd. currently offer delivery services for KUCATÉ products to
Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We aim
to dispatch orders within 48-hour upon verification & validation of payment for all orders.

  • Tracking information will be provided to all customers order via our logistics partner,
    Ninja Van or Pos Malaysia.
  • Expected Delivery Time (with tracking): between 1 - 14 business days depending on
    the region & location of the delivery.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or on any public holidays gazetted by the
    Malaysian Government.

 

DISCLAIMER

  • All products are shipped directly from our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia warehouse. Please
    note that there might be custom duties and taxes incurred at the discretion of the
    local customs department which is liable by the customer. This means you may be
    liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of your order. If this is the
    case, you will need to pay the costs to release your order from your local customs
    department before it is delivered to you. Please note that Noor Khan International
    Sdn. Bhd. is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept
    responsibility for these costs.
  • Kindly expect delays on high volume of orders (i.e. during festive seasons).
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by any issues faced by our logistics partners
    after the order have been dispatched over to them for delivery.

 

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Noor Khan International Sdn. Bhd. offers complimentary exchanges and returns for KUCATÉ customers under the following reasons:

  • Faulty products
  • Wrong products delivered

Besides, you can apply for a refund or returns with the following reasons:

  • I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)
  • I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. missing cube sachets, empty sachets)
  • I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong flavour)
  • I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. severe damage to packaging box
    that impacts the physical condition of the sachets and tea cubes within)
  • I received faulty product(s) (e.g. damaged/opened/tearing with the individual sachet,
    foreign contaminants)


Please note that requests for returns & refunds must be made within 3 days from the day you
receive the product from our logistics partner or authorised agents.
If you wish to exchange products for any other reasons, you will need to bear the shipping fee.
Items must be returned to us unused with original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy
will be sent back to you.
